Spherical Joint Plain Bearing
Joint bearing is a special structure of sliding bearing. It has the advantages of simple structure than the rolling bearing, which is mainly composed of an outer spherical surface of the inner ring and the outer ring has an inner spherical form, able to withstand greater load, according to the different type and structure, can bear radial load, axial load and radial, axial and the existence of joint load.
Features of spherical plain bearing
1. Material: the inner and outer rings of carbon chromium steel, zinc coated.
2. Heat Treatment: the inner and outer rings are quenched and phosphating.
3. Structure: There is no oil groove and oil hole in the inner and outer ring.The outer ring has an axial slot.
4. Performance Characteristic: It has the advantages of large load capability, easy mounting and dismounting, mechanism, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and self aligning. It applies to the machine which requires heavy radial load and axial load in a small-range direction.
Application:
Hydraulic oil tank, forging press machine, construction machinery and automation equipment,the vibration damper, andwater conservancy machinery industries. Oscillating bearings have a big load carrying capacity and impact resistance. Accordingto different structures and types, oscillating bearings can bear radial load, axial load and combined load.
